Our Regenerative# Biostimulator is gently injected into the skin, usually in small amounts, with a very fine needle or cannula. The duration of treatment sessions will depend on the number of treatment areas.
As a fully biodegradable dermal treatment, our Regenerative# Biostimulator will be absorbed by your body naturally over time.9-11 CaHA microspheres within our Regenerative# Biostimulator will stimulate the natural production of collagen, elastin, proteoglycans and angiogenesis by your own body for youthful, healthier skin and will gradually be broken down to calcium and phosphate ions.9-12
Yes, our Regenerative# Biostimulator has received both U.S. FDA approval and EU CE mark.
After treatment, avoid applying pressure for 12 to 24 hours on the treated area and exposing it to extreme warmth or UV light. Keep your treated area cooled to prevent or reduce swelling.13 You should also avoid putting on make-up 12 hours after treatment to prevent infection.
Like all injectable procedures, you should avoid getting treatment with our Regenerative# Biostimulator if you have a skin infection that is not fully healed.13 Additionally, if you have a history of herpes, you may experience a herpes breakout after treatment.13 If you are getting an X-ray or CT scan after your treatment, it is important to inform your physician about your treatment as our Regenerative# Biostimulator’s microspheres may be visible on X-rays and CT scans.13
The durability is dependent on each individual and their treatment area, age, skin type, lifestyle and metabolism. Effects may last up to an average of 12 to 28 months but can last for as long as 30 months after injection.14 -19
Due to the safety and tolerability of our Regenerative# Biostimulator, you will experience minimal to no downtime after treatment, allowing you to return to work quickly.14
You may consider complementary treatments, such as Ultherapy, incobotulinum toxin A, and Cohesive Polydensified Matrix® hyaluronic acid filler. Please consult your aesthetic physician for the possibility of combination treatments.
